All bookings require upfront payment to secure your date and time. Without payment in full your place could be filled by someone else.

Please note that all bookings made prior to our official opening may be subject to rescheduling, should there be any delays out of our control.In the event of any delays to our official opening, any client who has already made a booking will be given a priority slot over any available sessions. 

Cancellation policy:  48hrs notice for refund or reschedule eligibility. Without this notice you will be forfeiting the session fee.
Wherever possible will try to fill your slot, in which case we will offer to rearrange your session.
Residential Stays: To be eligible to rearrange your residential stay or for a refund, you must provide no less than 72hrs notice. Unfortunately, any amendments without this notice will be forfeiting the livery fee.
